This personal project was done at a very lonely time in my life. Covid 19 made a lot of changes to our world and it made a lot of people's lives very difficult. Before the pandemic I lived in Europe where I met so many amazing people who really changed my life. One of those being my best friend, Jo. Due to obvious circumstances I was forced to return to Canada while she stayed behind. For four years we have been finding ways to stay connected, one of which is exchanging art. This poster duo is one of these. I took photos of buildings around where I lived and around where she and I used to live and collaged them with edits of our faces. These were both done in Photoshop.
